Yes. But mostly clients local to Goa would like a few adjustments and alterations made to what is actually depicted in the furniture, maybe a longer sofa to seat an extra person perhaps. Can I exchange the furniture in case I am not happy with the product?

Accepted Answer

The Woodpecker Goa, can work out an exchange for new furniture in place of old furniture, say you want a modern look and are tired with the furniture you already have (After all good furniture can last you a lifetime). But if a client is not happy with something they had decided to get from the very beginning we cannot replace that. We work with the customer very closely at all times, and changes can be made at early stages of progress, however we cannot change the furniture entirely once the furniture has been completed and the customer has a change in interest entirely.
