Yes. Most furniture dealers in Goa do take orders for custom made furniture. The team at The Woodpecker Goa, usually works with the client very closely to make sure the client is always satisfied. Getting custom made furniture made is not every furniture maker's forte however, getting the best wood, cut out to precision and finally crafting out the furniture that will last you a lifetime is hard work. But, what makes us happy is the smile on our clients faces every-time we achieve what they set out to get made.

Does the furniture look exactly like the pictures in the catalogue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. But mostly clients local to Goa would like a few adjustments and alterations made to what is actually depicted in the furniture, maybe a longer sofa to seat an extra person perhaps. Here's where we at The Woodpecker Goa usually come to the client's rescue, always innovating, our carpenters constantly put to the test. Making sure the quality of wood being used is sturdy enough to support the budget and the use.

Question 3

Can I exchange the furniture in case I am not happy with the product?

Accepted Answer

The Woodpecker Goa, can work out an exchange for new furniture in place of old furniture, say you want a modern look and are tired with the furniture you already have (After all good furniture can last you a lifetime). But if a client is not happy with something they had decided to get from the very beginning we cannot replace that. We work with the customer very closely at all times, and changes can be made at early stages of progress, however we cannot change the furniture entirely once the furniture has been completed and the customer has a change in interest entirely.
